Rented a room for the Food Network event. Paid $800ish per night for a tiny room that we could even get stocked with wash clothes for the three people booked into the room. I should add that the prices were gouged due to the event, however normal price is around $300 I think and I wouldn’t even pay that. Paid extra for a poolside room with “chairs right outside the door”. They were but they weren’t reserved for the room guests, they were free game. Bar and restaurant hours sucked. Amazing hotel great location right across the street from the beach. The staff where unbelievable helpful and the rooms where clean and well decorated. The only downside was the pool area was a bit small but I spent all my free time at the beach we they have lounge chairs available at no cost! I would highly recommend!

Service was top notch, the men who greeted us upon arrival were the best, and was happy to see them again the following evening. The day time hostess was alright, but not as friendly. The restaurant was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, the pool side bar and bar tender were wonderful. The water was like bath water, so nice to swim in. The elevator only worked upon arrival, but the stairs weren't horrible to get up and down. The shower was spacious and had nice water pressure. Stayed here on vacation with my daughter. We had a great experience. The staff is amazing! Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent from start to finish. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are nothing special but pretty art deco and just what we needed. The location was great as well. I think the 4 stars is right on par for this hotel, however we had to leave 3. Overall the hotel itself is a 5 and the service felt like a 3. We had 2 primary concerns when it came to service. 1 - the golf cart that takes you anywhere within 1 mile that is promoted by this hotel never worked for us, we did not get to use it a single time.
