For the price and its location near Santa Ana (John Wayne) Airport and Oak Canyon Park for the Punk in the Park festival, it’s a good choice. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we even enjoyed the pool. Uber Eats delivered to our room quickly, adding to the convenience. Overall, it was a great experience.

Honestly have to say that I did not enjoy my one night stay here. I wish I could leave a better review but after reading other reviews on Google apparently ran into the same two issues other people have complained about before. For starters, my room was not at all clean. In all fairness I can tell someone wiped down the fixtures and my room smelled like heavy cleaner when I entered it but the place is is desperate need of a deep clean or remodel. They’re renovating the place and are in a new location (literally a block away from the original)! After reading the previous reviews, I was a bit nervous but looks like the owner really listened to the people’s feedback because we had an amazing experience in our weeklong stay here! No roaches, no bed bugs, no weird people, daily cleaning service and very quiet neighborhood. Also the shower water temperature and pressure was fantastic. I’d go here again

Liked · The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate my needs for a safe place for my daughter and me to be while at their facility. Disliked · Unfortunately despite a move to a new room I did not feel safe and checked out. Drug use in the halls by residents of the hotel, yes there are people who live there long term. The facility is a hot spot for the homeless to wander through looking for recyclables and what else they can find. The facility was EXTREMELY dirty.
