It was a bit difficult getting into the parking lot because of all the traffic off the main road. The room were really nice for as cheap as the room was. Everything look brand new they must have renovated the entire place even the outside was really nice. They have like a courtyard between the rooms and they look really clean. The rooms themselves were completely new. I have to say i am impressed with how nice they are for the price I will definitely stay here again.
For the price and its location near Santa Ana (John Wayne) Airport and Oak Canyon Park for the Punk in the Park festival, it’s a good choice. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we even enjoyed the pool. Uber Eats delivered to our room quickly, adding to the convenience. Overall, it was a great experience.
Honestly have to say that I did not enjoy my one night stay here. I wish I could leave a better review but after reading other reviews on Google apparently ran into the same two issues other people have complained about before. For starters, my room was not at all clean. In all fairness I can tell someone wiped down the fixtures and my room smelled like heavy cleaner when I entered it but the place is is desperate need of a deep clean or remodel. Liked · The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate my needs for a safe place for my daughter and me to be while at their facility. Disliked · Unfortunately despite a move to a new room I did not feel safe and checked out. Drug use in the halls by residents of the hotel, yes there are people who live there long term. The facility is a hot spot for the homeless to wander through looking for recyclables and what else they can find. The facility was EXTREMELY dirty. Well, it was the cheapest place around so I didn't complain about anything, but y'all should be aware: the carpets get vacuumed, but I don't think they've EVER been cleaned. Walked around the room for less than 2 hours & bottom of our feet were BLACK! The bathtub doesn't drain. Kinda gross when you leave black footprints in the tub. Also, TV didn't work - AT ALL.
