I just had a four month escrow with Jeromy at no fault to the lender. Jeromy went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to make this deal happen. There wasn’t just one hoop to jump through, but at least 10. Most lenders would have given up and basically said the deal won’t work. Not Jeromy. If you’re looking for somebody who goes above and beyond, and will work night and day to get the deal done, he is your guy.
