We camped in an RV and took the golf cart option. On the plus side...well maintained, great flowers and landscaping, the pool, waterslides, and splash pad were included and wonderful. Very clean and well kept- they pay attention to details. The staff is friendly and there was good customer service across the board. A plethora of daily fun activities scheduled for the kids. So… it was our first ever camping trip with our first Rv with two toddlers. We drove 3 hrs and arrived at 7pm to find someone in our spot. A mistake was made and someone booked for 2027 and thought it was 2026 and took our spot. Lindsey and her husband- I assume are the owners were the nicest and most amazing people. They were beyond apologetic and accommodating. They felt terrible and put us up in a nice house with a pool, even gave us a golf cart for the weekend. We love going to Jellystone with the kids and grandkids! The swimming in the pool and lake are all fun and the place is always clean and fun. I wish someone would monitor the speed of cars flying down the roads though. I was shocked by the trucks and cars that was going 30 or more. We have kids here playing. Nothing is that important that you need to fly! Other than that it's an amazing place and we visit at least 3 times a year!

Not happy, signs posted around pool area saying no smoking. Pool full of kids playing and people vaping while talking to staff in the pool area also people in the pool area slipping the f bomb like crazy also. Not exactly kid friendly behaviors. Pool had a lot hair floating in it. Other than that so far it has been a good trip. We had a small problem with the site we were on and was easily allowed to move to a different site. Staff was very helpful, and respectful. Several activities to help keep the little ones busy.

This was out second camping trip this years .had a blast at this place. The staff was very nice and friendly. Well worth the camping trip. Will come back in the future. The water biks seats all have cracked in them .u will get at sore butt using them.
