Amazing staff and cute camp ground. They have 3 water areas but the water is freezing! They don’t heat up the pools like the other Yogi parks do - which I didn’t realize until we got here! You can always turn the heat off once the weather gets nice, but with the cold nights that water is not pleasant to get into! Otherwise very cute place! We had a great experience with our first time here! The staff was very accommodating and the kids enjoyed all of the activities. The entire staff was very active with the kids. We are looking forward to coming back this year! Definitely one of the cleanest campgrounds we’ve been to and so much for the kids to do!
This campground used to be our go to every single year with the grandkids well never again. This campground is in serious need of maintenance! Before we came this year my husband called ahead because last year they were having issues with the Waterpark and pools. Staff told us that everything was working with the exception of the jumping pad but they replaced it with a bounce house well that is not the case because there hasn't been a bounce house here when we asked staff they said oh that's only on the weekends. Update: 7/1/25 On 6/30/225 I was reached out by Jellystone management staff thanking for the review and apologizing for the issues I stated in my original review. They also stated that they are going to look into the problems with the cabin. They even decided to give my partial refund of a percentage that I will not disclose but I thought was more than generous. Not many companies will reach out to customers to do that. We have been to this campground alot of the years with our son and decided to go back and start the tradition with are young daughter...the ownership had changed and the up keep is really bad.. the following was not working during our stay. No wifi-no basketball goal-no bouncy pillow-the cabanas didnt have tvs anymore or working ceiling fans-the mens bathroom was a wreck off the pool..no working stall doors..no paper towel holders..
