Disgruntled customer. DON'T MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE!! Management under no circumstances will issue a refund of the downpayment they require to rent cabins. I had to cancel my week in Lake Charles due to circumstances beyond my control. I gave the establishment 11 days notice -- plenty of time to rebook the cabins in peak season. They still kept my $192 and will most likely get paid twice by rebooking. DON'T MAKE...
