This past weekend was my first time camping since I was a young child. I was with my son, daughters and grandsons. We all had a blast! The cabin was very clean; the staff were very polite. We will go next year but make sure the weather is warm. The kids used the pool but it was to chilly for the rest of us. We all still enjoyed the tranquilty of this site, especially at night. We will go at least once per year as it is close and we relaxing.
We recently stayed in one of the cabins at Jellystone Park at Delaware Beaches in Lincoln, Delaware, and had an amazing time as a family. If you're wondering whether it's worth it, especially with young kids, I'd absolutely say yes. First, the cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. I just went with my family and we loved it!!! Makenzie and Madison helped me out to surprise my wife with a golf cart rental. (bucket list item)They way they were all in helping me surprise her made me really feel like they really cared about making our experience the best experience we could have. I highly recommend coming here with your family and if you do the staff here are all awesome and friendly
The so called premium cabins are trailers with dirty walls, hard beds and lousy kitchen supplies. Not a single picture on the walls. No effort. Beautiful grounds but when the accommodation is terrible, it ruins the experience. They don't even offer to rent linens, we had to go buy some because we were traveling. Booooo!
Premier cabins are nice, however one of the bedrooms does not have an a/c and you have to keep the door open for air flow. Our site was missing a picnic table, we made several calls and Maintenance never showed. The arcade has quite a few games out of order and your points just disappear off the card. It's owned by a third party so they couldn't do anything about it. Cornhole only had 1 beanbag. The fenced dog run area is tiny, I would say 12'x3' Bring your own food!
