Pretty nice, cute hotel, rooms aren’t so big but it is comfy. Family of 5 stayed. We had two separate rooms in one room. The breakfast was great, with a very good taste. After driving around Santa Fe this is probably one of the most affordable yet comfy hotels to stay in. House keeping was very nice, people at the front desk were polite. This is good place to send a night or two. The rooms are small compared to what other hotels offer in today’s date and age. The architecture is also kind of outdated but I had what I was looking for, for a night stay. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was properly managed and didn’t see it getting crowded like other places. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was also ok but a bit secluded.

Have tried to reach the manager since we stayed there to discuss issues and a missing necklace. Front desk people are rude. One lied about who the manager is. I requested call backs and have received nothing. They claim there is no way to get a message to the manager. We got in really late and didn't check the room over like we normally do. There was hair in the shower when I went to shower which I cleaned up. My wife put her sweatshirt down and there were hairs on her sweatshirt from hair onn the furniture. There is ... read more

Oscar at the front desk today was very professional and extremely helpful. We needed urgent assistance after losing our ring in our car, and he kindly offered tools to help us look for it, even offering personal tools from his own car. Throughout the entire process—from assisting us with the situation to checking us in—Oscar was genuinely friendly, patient, and supportive. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a stressful moment much easier. We just wanted to recognize how great he is.

Very unhygienic rooms, including the carpet and bathroom. Everything was dirty and filthy. The bottom of the bathroom door had black mold and was extremely dirty. Not suitable for families traveling with kids under 4 years old. The door locks did not work. We switched rooms multiple times before finally deciding to leave the hotel and move north.
