Always courteous staff and tellers. Never have had a problem. Granted some days are full of customers but we need to learn patience as tellers are working as promptly as possible.
Worst bank experience, they charged me well over a hundred dollars in “overdraft fees” Then I went and talked to them about it, all of them told me they thought it was weird since my account is a debit and foreign account!, therefore I wasn’t supposed to be charged any of those fees. In two days it was gonna get fixed, well nothing happened. Called them again and now they’re saying charges are legitimate! By the way; they charging me 35 dollars for a 25 cent charge! Thieves!
