If you try to get reimbursed, they only ask for evidence via fax. And apparently, they will give you one but take it back a month later without any warning beforehand. Just one paper in the mail acknowledging they’re taking it back. Such sad communication.

My experience at IBC Bank was frustrating. The staff didn’t seem attentive, and I had to wait quite a while before being helped, even though the branch wasn’t very busy. When I finally received assistance, the explanation of my transaction was unclear and felt rushed. The overall customer service experience definitely needs improvement.

if i could give less than one stars i would!!!! i’ve worked in customer service all my life and they have terrible customer service. what happened to catering to the customer? especially when i’m trusting them with my hard earned money. i can’t speak for everyone, but the few employees that helped me were incompetent and racist! i had to literally do everything just for them to give me my funds even threatened to have security called on me. the ladies helping me out were super passive aggressive and then were shocked when i ... read more

IBC has been my bank for over 10 yrs great service, short lines, managers and staff are professional and respectful people. By the way my account has Never been jacked
