I have been a customer for over 38 years with IBC. I called on Friday to request a simple increase of $2000 dollars for an out of state transaction on my debit card. After answering 6 security questions properly and a 30 minute wait, I was informed that I am not on my own account. They denied my request. My wife goes in to the local branch and they say everything is fine. this bank has gone completely downhill. There are snotty young bank representatives that are rude and under zero supervision. Slowest service ever. Every time. At every single location in my city. Considering closing my account with this company strictly due to increasingly poor services over the years

I don’t bank here personally, but am a runner for my job so I bring our daily deposits. There’s only been one teller (male) who is actually friendly and actually acknowledges me in the drive thru. Lately when I’ve come, I don’t get greeted or get a “thank you” “have a good day” nothing. I used to be a teller for years so I know this customer service sucks honestly. And they usually take several minutes to finish up transactions. Get it together, please

Didn't have many problems with this Bank on shoreline seeing as how I've been banking there for 25 effing years, but lately they've just been giving me a hard time asking me if I have an account there and I'm trying to cash a check from my employer for 3 years and they still ask me if I have an account and they inform me that they cannot cash my check that can only deposit it and the funds will be available the next day! Ok I have had my account for two years with IBC bank . With the pandemic life got just a bit harder so me and my husband lost jobs so our account got sent to collections. My husband qualified for unemployment and his direct deposit was to this account . They accepted the first payment and applied it to my account . (Mind you I have never added my husband to my account but checks were accepted ) The second unemployment check was denied and sent back because he was not on my account.
