IBC, specifically this branch is a freaking joke. They never count back your money, never have envelopes... and God forbid you ask for big bills cause the machine distributes and counts for them... you work at a BANK... CHANGE THE BILLS. No issues with out of town IBCs

Worst service long lines yet they will do favors ignoring other customers. For example Gentleman goes in with several checks to cash, he knows its a long transaction expected to take long. The girls will ignore the long line and just team together to help him laughing at the line. The transaction still takes long, they chat with him and proceed to only help him when one can tend to him and the others help other customers. Ridiculous unprofessional "team"

Yall need put more staff on board on Fridays. Its payday an line's are ridiculous an unacceptable anywhere.line doesn't move if you only have 1 or 2 tellers for over 20 patrons in line. To get attended takes longer than 30mins wait.

They’re very inept, they work so slow even when there’s a long line. They have to work fast and give a better service to their customers.

I never do it yet I have to leave a rating because the lines at IBC Bank inside of Walmart are ridiculous and staff seem to be working at a slow pace. Lets not talk about greeting the customer 🥹
