Very bad customer service, the cashier Sandra didn't even ask me what else I was going to do, she treated me super rude, I was still thinking about making a deposit, it was all because of the drive up teller, I will definitely change my bank 👎👎
My father is a new customer and I am trying to send him money. I called bank 4 times and no one there could explain to me how to do so but I had to call several times because they kept hanging up on me

Indeed, the customer service at this bank is terrible. I went to make a deposit, and I usually do my banking at the Pharr branch in La Cage and the IBC on 10th Street, but this time I was near this branch in Veterans and stopped by to make my usual deposit. Because I didn't have the deposit slip filled out, they refused to accept it. At the other banks I go to, which I mentioned before, I always put the cash in an envelope and write the account number, account holder's name, and the amount on it.
