Tellers do their best. Most locations understaffed and they pay poorly. That is why turnover is so high. They were understaffed way before COVID, so the mediocre service has been around for awhile

Teller was likely too exhausted , or doesn’t like his job. No initiative at all , I had to guess he was fine taking my deposits. He only placed the last dep on the counter. No “thank you” or closing , really ! Tellers name “ Reynaldo “
