Tellers do their best. Most locations understaffed and they pay poorly. That is why turnover is so high. They were understaffed way before COVID, so the mediocre service has been around for awhile

Teller was likely too exhausted , or doesn’t like his job. No initiative at all , I had to guess he was fine taking my deposits. He only placed the last dep on the counter. No “thank you” or closing , really ! Tellers name “ Reynaldo “

This became my home branch a few years ago and I’ve always had a great experience. I opened an account here, exchanged for pesos here, eventually opened a savings account as well. The service is always top notch and the branch is sparkling clean. I highly recommend IBC regardless of the branch, they are very invested in our community.
