Tellers do their best. Most locations understaffed and they pay poorly. That is why turnover is so high. They were understaffed way before COVID, so the mediocre service has been around for awhile
Teller was likely too exhausted , or doesn’t like his job. No initiative at all , I had to guess he was fine taking my deposits. He only placed the last dep on the counter. No “thank you” or closing , really ! Tellers name “ Reynaldo “
Not a guide just honest reviews. For customer service good, speed fair, online service and format better than other banks. Interest earnings not here. Great business banking not good for iras,savings etc
Very slow service, always.
