I am so disappointed as how my elderly aunt was treated at this branch. Communication among the staff is horrible. Mr. Garza very unprofessional. My aunt withdrew a significant amount of money and later within a few months was questioned about her money. She is 95 years old forgets easily what she hears or says. They did not want me who I am her niece whom I have a POA help in any way. Her account was closed without any explanation. This was a horrible experience.

Cynthia is friendly and knowledgeable and helps with the bank app. She goes beyond to help customers and is always helpful and friendly ! Lucky to have her as a banker! This bank is highly recommended..

Horrible service. There is like 5 tellers and only 1 is attending the customer. It took me 45 minutes and only 6 people infront of me. Oh and they are still talking between than instead of actually doing there teller service. Where is the manager? Sits in her office and let all this happen. If I had the option of 0 stars I would.

Not at all a professional bank. The lobby setup for customers is confusing for those needing a new account or help with an existing account. The bankers are inexperienced and do not offer any additional information about account specifics. When I tried to exit the bank, two people chased after me so that I would not leave using the front door I came in. What difference does it make that I use the front door I came in to leave???
