Been an IBC customer for a while only two times I’ve had an issue with them is at the IBC in schertz and at this location. Walked in with a cashiers check of which I wanted to be deposited into my account I did not need the cash and I was very clear with them about that. For some reason the man teller needed to get it approved !? Like really ! After 40 mins of waiting he came out with the lame answer could not deposit it because they couldn’t verify it with the other bank cashiers check was coming from which was Wells Fargo... read more
Transferred to 4 people just for them to tell me to come into the bank. My account is in "dormant status" and they have take 5 dollars away from my account for about a year. Speaking to their customer service line was a joke. Constant annoying ads and forced surveys being forced down your throat. I do not even want to be on the phone and IBC bank thinks I feel like taking a survey. So now I have to make a 1 hour trip to the bank just to take my money out. Go with a credit union
Great customer service from the bank representatives and tellers I always feel super welcome and get showered by greetings when I go in Recommended 10/10
