Horrible customer service!! Brenda A Berreles has horrible manners and carries her self around the branch as superior to all. She has the her way or no way mentality even if she has no idea of the situation. Let me also note that she has the title of branch Manager.. She somehow thinks I want her money when in reality my money pays her salary. Ms Brenda Berreles you have a job and a paycheck because of customers like us don't let that ever get by you.
This is the better bank of the in town banks that are in Eagle pass ( helpful with everything including the IBC bank app) ( Jory is friendly and helpful with app knowledge) but I also like the fact they have another bank towards the rural area on del Rio blvd ( driving towards Normandy and Quemado every Day and I have another option for atm 🏧 and bank 🏦. Good bank 🏦.
slow people working here, im at the drive thru and theres only 1 car in front and already 30 minutes waiting 11/17/2023 5:30pm
Very bad service, the Atm almost never work or eat your money or card
This is by far the worst bank to come to... I dont bank here i bring in my disabled blind cousin.. And both times i have been here the cashiers are so slow or otherwise they dont attend you until the gossip has ended between them.. I hate it here honestly..
