When i first opened this accounts I was told I could make a free appointment with a financial advisor. It has been about half a 6 with no follow up. Today I called about my account and was received by a man who didn't introduce himself or speak English even though I didn't press 2 for spanish. He automatically transfered me with no explanation and was answered by a woman who did but had no patience to help me and sounded annoyed that I would even call for help. This is for IBC Bank Main branch. They deleted thir Google maps location due to massive complains they don't plan on fixing. They take very long time only 1 lady attending the Drive thru and the walk in. They are short on staf because they treat their Employees like trash. When you walk in THE MANAGER Mrs Garza is always on your face very disrespectful. And you can feel the negative energy and the tension!!!
This location always has issues with lines building while its clearly visible there are other staff present but not invested in assisting as many guests as possible but rather clocking in and doing the bare minimum. On 1/5/2023 the rep who answered me after my 7th time calling was so rude and arrogant talking down to me basically telling g me as no branch manager was on site I'd have to call again tomorrow. Monica was extremely rude when i went to exchange my money, she said she wasnt ready for me when it was my turn at her window and she walked away. Then i saw her chatting with her co workers when there are people besides me waiting in line. Horrible horrible service ibc, im glad i dont have any accounts with you guys. Monica maybe you should work like- oh i dont know, anywhere else 😡😡
