Fast and easy
I don't like IBC Bank. It's inefficient; they block your cards when you go to Mexico, international calls don't work, you can't contact them, and when you arrive in the USA, your card is also blocked. Every transaction takes one or two business days, customer service is slow, their websites don't resolve anything, and they don't cash checks. It's terrible. I'll return to BBVA Compass Bank; it's more punctual and efficient.
Very good, they treated me well. It only took them a while to serve me, but in general everything was fine.
This branch is very convenient, open after others have closed, even on Saturdays.
Always attentive and kind, they help me solve any problem that arises.
