Fast and easy
I don't like IBC Bank. It's inefficient. It blocks your cards when you go to Mexico. International calls don't work, you can't contact them, and when you arrive in the US, your card is blocked anyway. Every transaction takes 1 or 2 business days. Customer service is slow. Their websites don't solve anything. They don't charge you for checks. It's terrible. I will return to BVVA Compass Bank. It's more punctual and efficient.
Very good, they treated me well. It only took them a while to serve me, but in general everything was fine.
This branch is very convenient, open after others have closed, even on Saturdays.
Always attentive and kind, they help me solve any problem that I have.
