What an absolutely horrible experience. I walked right in the OPEN front door… hi thank you Daphne jumps up and blocked me off and tells me they’re closed. But the door is wide open, which is why I was inside. Refused to cash my check. Guy at the counter tells me with attitude. It’s “7:01 we’re closed. We close at 7” at this point the door is still wide open and I’m standing inside. Refused to help me. Rude. First time here. No greeting from male teller. Just you need a mask. While he wasn’t wearing his before I walked in. Attitude. He directed me to bank teller next to him Much better people skills. Don’t understand the mask requirement if other IBC branches at Walmart don’t require it.

Terrible service. Every so often, a withdrawal not approved by the owner of the account is made by IBC. When I've brought this to their attention, I was told to show proof. I've gone in with my excel spreadsheets but to no avail. In the past, this has occurred about 4 times, over the past 6 years. Money is put back later, but is someone borrowing from my account without paying me interest? Currently seeking for another bank.

Horrible business hours 11am - 5pm. They should at least stay open until 6 pm.

Sucky service, sucky employees, and sucky loan officers. Worst job ever. Don't bank with them and don't apply for a job with them.
