Four employees, all on the phone. Why have a physical location if they only work on the phone? Might save IBC money if these employees were to just work at a IBC call center.
What an absolutely horrible experience. I walked right in the OPEN front door… hi thank you Daphne jumps up and blocked me off and tells me they’re closed. But the door is wide open, which is why I was inside. Refused to cash my check. Guy at the counter tells me with attitude. It’s “7:01 we’re closed. We close at 7” at this point the door is still wide open and I’m standing inside. Refused to help me. Rude. I'm here the location just to a new cad is been. Like a hr and I have not get help from no one there's new a a good customer service 😒 poor
First time here. No greeting from male teller. Just you need a mask. While he wasn’t wearing his before I walked in. Attitude. He directed me to bank teller next to him Much better people skills. Don’t understand the mask requirement if other IBC branches at Walmart don’t require it.
