Worse bank I have ever banked with! It took them five days to process my mobile deposit. Yesterday, I went into the 5th Street branch to replace my ATM card, and they charged me $15 without telling me! I’m going into the branch today, and closing my account! Stay away from this bank!
Jedi has helped me for the last several years and has been the only banker to find my account on a consistent basis with no extra work needed. She has been kind and friendly from day one, she remembers me by name and has been the joy of each of my banking experiences. I've gone out of my way to stop at the downtown location because I know that her service is at a higher level then every other location I've visited.
BEWARE of the downtown Tulsa branch. There's only 1 solid employee there (Jedi). DO NOT allow the male teller, Andrew, to take your deposits. He & the female manager lost OVER $1,000 I deposited (in check form) FOR A SOLID WEEK. I deposited it Tues/Wed (May 30-31, 2023) & it disappeared. Didn't show as "pending," nothing. I had to call on Mon., June 5, 2023, to ask where my money was. They had no idea. I’ve been here since 11a , literally just want to add my daughters name to the accounts. Instead of just getting me done they continue to wait on other customers. This level of customer service makes no sense.. first come first serve. .
The tellers and account reps get 5 stars, but the branch manager left us with a bad taste in our mouths. When my husband tried to add me to his accounts, the manager refused to waive the $20 PER ACCOUNT fee; even when we threatened to move our accounts to another bank. She also refused to talk directly with us. That sweet banker had to run back and forth to ask her questions.
