Slowest services around. Waited over a half hour for 1 person to do their thing. Having personal conversations instead of doing transactions. Manager or someone standing at the doorway not addicting as the line went from just me to 7 others. Some left seeing the line not moving anyways, the customer at desk female friend leaving and coming back 3xs I guess deterred the people in line as they both got services while the line grows. Excellent service at the port Isabel branch. Alex is a great person to deal with the most amazing attitude. Alex always willing to help.

I fail to understand why my mother was discriminated against and singled out. She went to withdraw money and they are telling her, that in order for her to withdraw money from her account, the sender who is not on the account or even linked, has to be present for her to withdraw her money. The clerk wanted the sender to be present and fly across the state to give her the ok for her own money? Defeats the purpose. Not at all happy about this interaction. Will be following up with corporate.
