We went by earlier and had a great experience. The banker that helped us was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 service. Ps was nice to our 4 year old as well. Totally recommend this branch !!!

Due to this person i have not been able to get paid its been 2/3 weeks and my checks are not coming in , went for a direct deposit form and this person was not paying attention & gave me the wrong routing number , all for not being careful im stuck with late fees and negative account . This careless person shouldnt be working at a bank it could easily been avoided but has now put me in a position i should have never been , who will be paying my late fees due to this persons mistake?
this location was very respectful and the service was great especially from Destiny but the whole crew Laura Luciano and Magda made the whole experience wonderful
I give this bank a big fat ZERO. They lie. They charged my husband $15 to replace his defective IBC Bank debit card and said that they would credit his checking account back the $15 in a few business days for his inconvenience. A week later upon checking his account.. it never happened. We went directly to the bank to get the credit. The manager had a bad attitude and said she’d look into it and see what she could do to check back in a few more days.
