Absolutely horrible customer service reps at this bank. I couldn't find anything more unhelpful. I'd rather have my acne back than deal with the people that hung up on my wife and refused to verify a PUBLIC routing number for a wire transfer. Insane. Finally got to speak to a manager and she denied that they were ever rude or hung up on anybody. I am 100% sure that the manager has zero intentions of remedying the situation. Been bankng with them for over 10 yrs.. I did use them for large commercial lending for Interim financing. Now, Bank with them for my business but pray for good times ahead...
There is a reason this bank has so many one star reviews. They have horrible customer service.
Amazing service with a smile on tellers!
Scam scam scam. I only went here because it's around the corner from work. Opened my account on a Saturday and by Sunday my debit card was hacked in the form of Cash app. I don't have a cash app. Wiped my account out and just read all the negative reviews.
