I just had to leave a review based on my experiences with Melissa. She is the kindest, most caring employee I have interacted with at this location. I'm sure the reviews would improve if you hired more employees like her.. SUCH a pleasure to work with!
Did not realize how many bad reviews this bank has. But seriously bad customer service I had no idea they closed at 5. I pulled up at 4:58 took me a minute to pull out my baby. And a lady goes to the door and locks the door as im pulling my baby out, at least she could of came out to me before I took my baby out of the carseat. Shes says we are closed right on the dot. Moved into stone oak area 10 years ago. That branch has always been horrible. It takes at least 30 minutes to make a simple deposit. Worst IBC in san antonio and south texas.
Absolutely horrible customer service reps at this bank. I couldn't find anything more unhelpful. I'd rather have my acne back than deal with the people that hung up on my wife and refused to verify a PUBLIC routing number for a wire transfer. Insane. Finally got to speak to a manager and she denied that they were ever rude or hung up on anybody. I am 100% sure that the manager has zero intentions of remedying the situation. The manager, Will, and loan officer Miguel are absolutely terrible and will ruin your home-buying experience. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING
