We have had quite a bit of trouble figuring out my MIL's finances and what to do with her money since she got kicked out of both of her banks. We keep getting the run around, everywhere we go. We finally came to this IBC, and Taylor was EXTREMELY helpful!! She was wonderful, took her time to really listen and help us to find a solution. Highly recommend this location 😀
If you like to deal with unprofessional management, this is your bank! If you would like for your payroll check to be deposited into a different account, this is your bank! If you would like for the manager, Christina, to argue and holler at you about your missing money instead of de-escalating the situation, this is your bank! I opened an account today, and Christina assisted it me with it. She was so kind and patient and was able to answer all of my questions. The other two staff members that were working were also super friendly. Excellent customer service. I would recommend banking here!
I went in there yesterday to set up a bank account, first time doing it by myself. Christina Bruam was AMAZING! She was super kind and sweet, and especially understanding with me! I appreciate that she took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel good about banking with them!! Christina Bruam made my experience especially great.
Extremely pleasant people to work with and super patient to, brought in almost $400 in change and they were still super nice would recommend banking here
