We have had quite a bit of trouble figuring out my MIL's finances and what to do with her money since she got kicked out of both of her banks. We keep getting the run around, everywhere we go. We finally came to this IBC, and Taylor was EXTREMELY helpful!! She was wonderful, took her time to really listen and help us to find a solution. Highly recommend this location 😀

If you like to deal with unprofessional management, this is your bank! If you would like for your payroll check to be deposited into a different account, this is your bank! If you would like for the manager, Christina, to argue and holler at you about your missing money instead of de-escalating the situation, this is your bank! I have banked at IBC bank in Stillwater for some years and have always dealt with Taylor with no issues EVER. Extremely pleasant people to work with and super patient to, brought in almost $400 in change and they were still super nice would recommend banking here

I opened an account today, and Christina assisted it me with it. She was so kind and patient and was able to answer all of my questions. The other two staff members that were working were also super friendly. Excellent customer service. I would recommend banking here!

I have been banking with IBC for 4 years they have always taken care of all my banking needs and if there has ever been a problem they have promptly taken care of it they always great me when walking through the door are Polite and always ask how your day is going all the lady's there are great definitely recommend this bank 5 star's 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟
