I would like to say Thank you! to each of these employees at IBC Bank, Courtneu, Jimena, Kobe, Susan, and Jay they have been so very helpful on every visit when I go to the bank.They are very friendly, respectful with a great personality. If you are having a bad day you leave in a better mood then what you had going in! They see me coming they have my account ready when they are not busy. They are a great team, and they work great together. The customers come first!!
Opened a new account with Jay in just a few minutes. He made the entire process enjoyable and totally painless. He took the time to explain all my options and even have some excellent advice to improve my financial situation.
Go to this branch and see Courtney and Jimena !!!:)) they rock, they are quick, service is great; both ladies are nice and they know their banking stuff:)) !!
This is a bank for computers, not people. If you want a better experience than what I’ve experienced today, you’ll need to go somewhere else. Came in to cash a check. They refused to honor it. It had been slightly damaged by water. It is extremely frustrating that merely because their scanner can’t read it even though we people can clearly read all the information, they won’t honor the note. Banking experience is amazing. Staff is AWESOME. They are super sweet people, they will go out of their way to help you. I LOVE the people and atmosphere here. Never going to another branch 💪
