This is a bank for computers, not people. If you want a better experience than what I’ve experienced today, you’ll need to go somewhere else. Came in to cash a check. They refused to honor it. It had been slightly damaged by water. It is extremely frustrating that merely because their scanner can’t read it even though we people can clearly read all the information, they won’t honor the note. i really cant believe i read a review and you're mad because they didnt serve you till they opened....talk about entitled idiots. love this bank and the folks working there.

Banking experience is amazing. Staff is AWESOME. They are super sweet people, they will go out of their way to help you. I LOVE the people and atmosphere here. Never going to another branch 💪

The ladies there are absolutely amazing. The customer service there is top notch and the new manager is the sweetest. I recommend anyone who’s had bad banking experiences to come to IBC on Garnett and give them a chance to show you what great customer service is like

Got to the drive through at 820. The lady said they don't open until 9 (as posted). So I sat there while three employees went about their business of checking emails, drinking coffee and chatting. All while a customer waited in the drive thru. All I needed was change for my registers. Management has not empowered their people to make decisions that are in the best interest of the bank and the customers.
