Banking experience is amazing. Staff is AWESOME. They are super sweet people, they will go out of their way to help you. I LOVE the people and atmosphere here. Never going to another branch 💪
The ladies there are absolutely amazing. The customer service there is top notch and the new manager is the sweetest. I recommend anyone who’s had bad banking experiences to come to IBC on Garnett and give them a chance to show you what great customer service is like
Got to the drive through at 820. The lady said they don't open until 9 (as posted). So I sat there while three employees went about their business of checking emails, drinking coffee and chatting. All while a customer waited in the drive thru. All I needed was change for my registers. Management has not empowered their people to make decisions that are in the best interest of the bank and the customers. Every time I go inside or go through the drive-thru, the employees are very helpful and nice. I went to talk to them about some charges and they were very eager to set things right and to help out by any means. They are very busy but they do at least acknowledge your presence and say that will be right with you, which is good. nothing bad to say.. its one of the nicest of the bank's branches.
I love this branch! Been with IBC since 2008. Most of the time I use the downtown branch or 21st & Yale. But when I'm in the area I use this particular branch & enjoy the great service, wonderful staff & great appearance. Keep up the good work 41st & Garrett!!👍
