They won’t cash their own checks. It was an insurance pay out less than $5000. We came in at 430. They said, sorry,”we already closed our drawers for the day.” Come back at 9. They were “open” until 5.
IBC is the probably the worst bank imaginable. Go to literally any other bank in Edmond and you’ll have better luck, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Lazy employees at the Santa FE location and they’ve put a hold on several of my checks over the entire weekend (fri-mon) causing countless problems for zero reason at all. I’ll be canceling my account and moving my money elsewhere coming Monday.
Very poor service. My wife went there today and waited 10 minutes at the drive thru that had an open light sign on and no one greeted or attended to her. She went inside and told the teller about it and she didn't apologize or give any reason whatsoever. We won't be coming back to this location anymore.
I would suggest to go to other bank if you want to get any banking done. It is the worst of all.
Horrible with too many hidden fees!
