Went in to speak to a rep on a topic I was completely clueless about, George was absolutely so patient and explained everything spectacularly!! Was even able to fix an issue that I couldnt fix at multiple other IBC banks. Definitely recommend this location, it was packed but they still kept a wonderful attitude!
Worst experience, I have ever had with IBC, slow service and people being taken ahead of us, who were signed up to see an officer. I come from Mcallen and we have no issues being helped promptly and efficiently
The tellers are very slow take forever with customers. I would not recommend coming to this location.
Came to deposit and ask for change wait for almost 10 min for Ivanna because clerk say that she had enough change because they check before , what kindness supervisor they have ???
If you by any chance do decide to go to this ibc in particular don't go with the guy Alfredo, a man with glasses. Super unprofessional and he never submitted my credit card application. Not only did I waste my time but he kept talking about his personal life. I don't care about you and your girlfriend making ends meet in this economy, I just need my credit card application and he NEVER SUBMITTED IT. Time wasted and unprofessional service whom lied straight to my face. Please go to a different Idc.
