Went in to speak to a rep on a topic I was completely clueless about, George was absolutely so patient and explained everything spectacularly!! Was even able to fix an issue that I couldnt fix at multiple other IBC banks. Definitely recommend this location, it was packed but they still kept a wonderful attitude!
Came to deposit and ask for change wait for almost 10 min for Ivanna because clerk say that she had enough change because they check before , what kindness supervisor they have ???
If you by any chance do decide to go to this ibc in particular don't go with the guy Alfredo, a man with glasses. Super unprofessional and he never submitted my credit card application. Not only did I waste my time but he kept talking about his personal life. I don't care about you and your girlfriend making ends meet in this economy, I just need my credit card application and he NEVER SUBMITTED IT. Time wasted and unprofessional service whom lied straight to my face. Please go to a different Idc.
Wow, called ibc at 2:57 pm and they answered and hung up on me. Customer service now a days are so rude
