They need to hire more teller's. Horrible experience. I just left waited for 30 minutes. Long lines, all I was going to do was deposit, I left. I'll just have to go on Monday. If it's not full again. Don't waste time waiting time. Is an hour easy. Horrible experience.
Too little personel, to attend custumers. Very disapointed at this Bank I used to come alot to this site in the past two years. and staff where great. But now there staff members arent doing anything just sitting down the computer just pretending working. Definate bad service. I would rather go to commerce bank in Blaine street.
This branch has to be on of the most unprofessional, untrained, unprepared, uninformed banks in Laredo. It ranks "way up there" in the WORST BANKS in Laredo; aside from Compass Bank (which is twice as bad). The tellers hang out in one station, sitting on the counters and/or desks and talk to you from afar saying they can't help and advise you to call 800 numbers for service. I was with them for less than 6 months before closing my account.
I dont like that I wasn't able to contact my local store due to the new automated call. I called to ask a question and I was waiting for someone to answer but i only heard advertisers. Now I will drive to the store for that question.
These bank are a joke only having 2 teller's jajajaja and they want our business go screw yourself you waste a lot of time here
