Go to another location. Terrible customer service and I love ibc. This is the only location I've ever been treated poorly at.
They need to hire more teller's. Horrible experience. I just left waited for 30 minutes. Long lines, all I was going to do was deposit, I left. I'll just have to go on Monday. If it's not full again. Don't waste time waiting time. Is an hour easy. Horrible experience.
They never answer phone line nor website work
Too little personel, to attend custumers. Very disapointed at this Bank I used to come alot to this site in the past two years. and staff where great. But now there staff members arent doing anything just sitting down the computer just pretending working. Definate bad service. I would rather go to commerce bank in Blaine street.
