i went to cash a check and the lady attendant was no help. manager wasn't there doing his job so i couldnt get help from them ethair. very unprepared please do better
Not sure what's going on if it's the bank or the app but is not reflecting my charges correctly I pay stuff and it takes 2 days or a week to reflect 2 days straight I've been over draft 2 days straight now, we talked to the teller and she said no payments pending and then later on the day another pending payment went through
Really Bad service in this bank no respect at all for know one
On Thursday I got my 3,326.10 Ideposited on my bank last week Thursday and Friday they only deposited 225 only and where are my 3k dollars they stole it my money I'm so worried about my money it was the lady attend me
The teller was really rude! She made it seemed that I couldn't trust her with my money because she send all my stuff back so I would do my own paper work,(when she had all my info) saying "it's for your money to be secure " isn't my money secure with you guys? The girls name was Adilene should take action with this girl 😒
