Why doesn't this bank have adequate technology to print checks more accurately?? I've received a check that was not cashable from a tribal entity in Oklahoma, I went to 3 differnt banks to open an account, not 1 would cash it. I was told "oh that just happens every so many thousand checks." So then I had to wait for a whole new check to be printed and mailed to me. I've never in my life have ever had this happen with any check from any other bank. Unacceptable.
This bank is horrible. I opened an account and a few weeks later, I went in to DEPOSIT 2 checks for 9,800. They gave me a hard time about them, even though I was NOT trying to cash them simply DEPOSIT. It took 25 minutes to do so. A week later I went to withdraw some and again gave me a hard time and ssid i had to give them a reason to get my own money out. I said bills and One teller had the paperwork to prove it. Best bank in town in my opinion Outstanding friendly staff very helpful they can make feel welcome and give you the feeling that your money is in a safe place and easy for you to get to if needed ....
Whoever trained these people at this bank location needs to be trained themselves .... They rarely answer the phone. They don't know all the answers and they're very slow. I hate leaving bad reviews but something needs to be done at this branch. I've told myself for a year now that I'm gonna go to a new bank.
This bank is the biggest rip off and a complete joke and waste of time. Run don’t walk away from this bank you’ll save yourself time and money…. I have dealt with my fair share of bank and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a bank
