Its always a good vibe when you are being helped by some of the most professional people I have ever experienced. Whoever the Manager is definitely has a great team working there.
Employees at this branch (Rockport) are very helpful. I never have to wait for long even when they are busy. They make me feel like family and not just a bank account.

Waiting in line to cash a check and red headed teller and customer talking about everything but banking, children, others children, going out to dinner, shopping about the time I was going to explode drive thru teller lady came over and helped me. One person behind me, they were still BSing when I left and still one person in line. If she worked for me I'd fire her on the spot. Awful customer service, awful. Rockport IBC.
