If I could rate this bank a 0 I would. The service here was terrible, when we first got there the lady at the counter was very friendly, we needed to open a checking account for my 15 year old daughter, with me being the parent in charge of it. She told us to pick one of the offices and wait for someone to come assist us, so we went and sat there. Went here to get a service done and noticed the little girl helping me had bugs crawling in her hair!!! I was terrified so horrible how management allows this. I will NOT be going back to this location
The teller at this location deposited 3 checks into the wrong account! It’s a good thing I verified my receipt and noticed this huge error on their part! Very unprofessional!
