My experience at this IBC has been nothing but terribly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve talked to multiple managers and they all say we’ll call u back, Not Surprised that not one of them ever returned my calls when they said they would. Please SAVE YOURSELF from disappointment and FRUSTRATION .. Run and Find yourself another Bank that puts CUSTOMERS FIRST!!! PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION, the ATM machine stoled $310 cash and did not return the money or reflect on the account balance. And the dispute department hasn't done anything for almost a week. Also the dispute department made a mistake and didn't file the report and I still haven't gotten my money back.

That's why I don't bank with IBC! Tried cashing a check through the drive thru, guy was rude from the get go. Said that drive thru was for customers only and had to go into the lobby. Told him okay and to send check back. He the proceeds to ask "do you want me to cash the check?" Told him okay I was a little confused, so what was the previous statement you just told me? I've been an IBC customer for 17 years. For about a year now, I have had constant issues with the tellers at this branch. They have been rude, not helpful, gang up on me when I ask questions, and refuse to help me in many different ways. Instead of being informative, they just say they can't cash my non-IBC checks with different excuses. What ever happened to service with a smile. Girls are rude no eye contact and you have to wait for them to get of their personal phone to help you. To bad my employer has the account here ot else I'd go somewhere else.
