I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of efficiency at IBC Bank. Compared to industry standards, their processing times for both deposits and loan applications are unacceptably slow. What takes 24 hours at a modern institution consistently takes over a week here. It feels as though they are intentionally holding funds, and the lack of urgency from the staff regarding these delays is a dealbreaker. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere immediately.
10/10 service, the manager ms.sabdy rdz always on top of everything and the tellers are quick and fast, will always recommend this branch!
Worst customer service ever! Csr having a personal conversation with customers while he has a line of customers waiting on a Friday it’s 305 pm hopefully Managment can track this issues going on . Time is money have being here a long time and he is still enjoying his personal conversation with his current customer wow never again this branch just lost me never you think it’s convenient to bank with this folks don’t take a chance very disappointed at this branch!
Worst customer service ever! Attendants treat you like their doing you a favor. A Slow, unprofessional and a bad bank to do business.
No wounder this place so called bank has a 3 star rating...long lines with people trying to cash there Friday pays checks..and ONLY one teller 20min.wait bring your snacks 🤣🤣🤣
