I bank with IBC for business and personal finances. The only reason why is because I wanted to support a Laredo bank. For the most part I don’t have issues except that my card gets blocked every time I buy crypto which is annoying…get with the program bankers the old wealth is transferring over. Another issue is the people they hire. Im not gonna say the name but the location here in Callaghan has some unprofessional bank tellers working for them. I have to say that that particular IBC has great customer service the people are extremely nice and I had a problem and they took care of it very quickly and they refunded the charges back to me for a new debit card and they were very good about taking care of me when I needed it the most

This afternoon @ 12:19 ..this location deserve zero stars The gentleman in the drive-through teller was very rude and I'm talking very rude you got somebody like that representing your bank at this location this is has to be the worst this is my first time going through this drive-thru and it'll be the last I do not remember this gentleman's name which I don't think he gave me a name but I will call him Boy George only because he sounded like a softy if you know what I mean but this location by all means due to that gentlema... read more

Mary and her crew are just awesome. When I first banked with them they helped me set up everything. Then as went in the seconed time they already remembered me by name. They talk with me and don't forget me as just an account. I am always greeted and asked if I need anything even before I get to the clerks booth. I don't feel pressured and if I ever had a question or anything. Mary personally makes sure everything is taken care of. Erin and Elizabeth were very courteous in helping me get a cashiers check yesterday. They promoted a culture of growth and development that is beneficial when facing tough customer service challenges. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back to this location!
