Very clean and friendly bank. We were greeted and helped within moments of walking through the door. Everyone is following covid precautions and signs are placed throughout. Not a ton of employees here and can imagine getting busy during rush hour. If you have patience or time your arrival for off-hours, this is a nice place to do your banking.
Erin and Elizabeth were very courteous in helping me get a cashiers check yesterday. They promoted a culture of growth and development that is beneficial when facing tough customer service challenges. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to coming back to this location!
This location is the worse I’ve been to, we usually go to the one on Fredericksburg but this one is closer to our apartment. My husband went in to order checks and the man that sits at the desk by the doors told him it would be ready within 7-10days and he went in after two weeks cause he never got a call back and now they told him 5-7 weeks which is just insane. Condescending staff... I left this bank because any interaction I had with any staff member at this branch was a trip. You get an occasional nice teller but most of the time they are just rude and condescending, I don't understand why, this area or this bank is not particularly known for being crème de la crème. There is an older lady that works there that acts like she doesn't need your business. L.O.L. Thankfully, I have moved banks and will never have to deal with this awful bank or their staff again. ATM is always out of order and usually the tellers are standing around while one is working so it takes a long time. This location is horrible compared to others.
