Had a drive trhu teller named Erika. She was extremely rude and short tempered. When we finished the transaction I noticed they had placed a hold on my paycheck, I asked why and she said "well you were being very rude so I put it on hold" I asked to speak to a manager and she told me to go to the gore location. I will be pulling my account once the hold is released, I'm going to bancfirst. I refuse to have my money withheld because some bank teller is having.a bad day.
You are better off cashing your check at a local Walmart because at least you will have your funds instantly. If you bank with this bank expect for your checks to be held for a week or longer. And when you do it will only be a portion of your funds. I will definitely be switching banks.
Should not have to ask for a deposit slip at the drive thru. Happened once, okay, not a big deal. But I guess this is their way of busines as it happened again, and again.The drive thru tellers also think they are doing you a favor by assisting. Also, should not have to ask for an account balance after a transaction.
By far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. No body wants to work except one banker. No one has time to help you and they are short staffed. Changing accounts ASAP!
This bank is so unprofessional! Drove up at 8:02 am only one lane open. The girls are sipping there coco late laughing one girl take the money passes it to the girl across the room as she scoots in her chair to get to her cubicle. Laughing sipping away scoots away to check her personal phone, something important on Facebook I'm sure! Scoots back to her computer and finishes THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME transaction.
