From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at ease. Ramona greeted me with a smile and made me feel as if I was at my hometown IBC. She was kind, thoughtful, and fully assisted me with updating my contact info, online banking, and getting a new card.
I must express my gratitude and thankfulness for the Professionalism and sincere compassion from Gracie and Ramona for their service to their customers, especially us in a very sensitive situation. Always grateful.
Shout out to the Bethany branch. This isn't my bank but needed to cash a large check to buy a car. This was a Saturday. I cant remember the tellers name. Glasses and pinkish pants. She bent over backwards to make it happen. Was able to buy my car that day thank you guys so much. All three of the tellers pitched in to make it happen. 5 stars 4 u
I had the pleasure of getting robbed by the ATM!!! After requesting my money the machine promptly made a lot noise before saying VOID bill jam, and then referred me to an ATM across town. I found out that the money was taken from my account!!! It was sunday so of coarse I had to wait one day to get anything resolved. I spent my lunch on Monday talking to a branch manager to start a dispute. I hate when I am in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes and someone else pulls up after me and leaves before me. No since of urgency. This is probably the 4th time this has happened to me. I would switch banks if it wasn't a business account. Edit: here again. Someone cut right in front of me in the lobby. They didn't apologies or anything just took his deposit like he was here first. Than while waiting for 45 mins they took another deposit and than in employee cashed her stuff before I did
