My fiancé and I experienced a frustrating situation at the IBC Bank on Yale. She had previously discussed picking up her ID, which she had left behind, with a bank representative. The representative had informed her that the ID would be available for pickup at the window. If I could give a -10 I would. I'm so upset I have had a problem with this bank since I opened the account. I tried calling for two months and was told I have to go to the bank I opened the account in and I would have but I was out of state. I add a cash app card to my account so I could send my son cash. I never really use this bank for much but insurance because their atm hardly work and their employees are disrespectful. I went to get a card because I never got one when I opened my account because at the time the card machine was down. When I went Cheryl Scott the branch manager had an attitude for no reason and I swear the only time it seemed like she didn’t was when I was leaving. I wasn’t rude or anything to anyone up there so she just had a funky little attitude for nothing I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was having a bad day, but ATTITUDES ARE CONTAGIOUS CHERYL!

I love this bank. Tee at the 21st Street bank and Kelly at the downtown bank worked very hard to make sure I got my social security check. My account was in overdraft for over a month and my account was closed but Tee and Kelly took very good care of me. They made sure I received my check promptly. Tee and Kelly are very professional and loyal, I love them both. Thank you IBC, you have incredible employees.
