The worst bank to bank with I got money pulled out by T-Mobile and the bank but neither one or the other takes the blame for it now I have to jus accept the fact that I got money pulled out wit out my permission but they keep saying I gave it to them idk who's them all I know is that your money isn't safe with them they left me wit out money to pay my upcoming bills now I'm here struggling with seeing how to come up with the money I owe for my bills stay away from there
The teller Melissa was rude and did not even acknowledge us or apologize for the wait or issues. She needs a lesson on customer service. She walked off and went into another room while I was trying to get clarification since she was over talking with me. I'm shocked this kind of treatment would be allowed.
Customer service helped with our situation understanding.
