Stopped in to open an account (which took forever), but the guy was new and super nice so no problem. But, while I was waiting, I got to witness the bank on a more personal level. Whom I believe to maybe be the branch manager pulled a teller into her office with the door opened and proceeded to yell at her about how bad the teller was making her look to her boss (Ryan/Bryan?) by going over her head. Called to ask about a charge on my account after the lady got my account pulled up the lady asked where I lived, (which I thought was strange) when I said tulsa she said “well it looks like you opened your account at the 71 location, you do know you called the 81st and Garnett branch.” (They are both In the Tulsa/BA area ) When I finally asked if I wasn’t allowed to call this branch she said she would help me and now it’s been almost 2 weeks and the charge has not been returned and when I called to check she acted like I was... read more

The worst bank I have ever delt with. They question a check deposit and freeze my account just because the "signature is improper". Even when the hold on the check is released they don't remove the freeze and will not let you have your money. Avoid this bank. Take your money somewhere else.

The way they treat the US Flag alone warrants this review. Been like this for MONTHS!

This bank is dreadful. Bank tellers are poorly trained and hang up on customers. I will never let them have access to my money again.
