I had an issue come up from the Bryan St. IBC location, called my usual bank on Griffin Pkwy and a gentleman by the name of David Martinez assisted me. He took his time to call the other location, that fixed the issue and called me to let me know, then he called me to let me know they had fixed it. Thank you David! 🙏🏼 Great customer service!

Lady was very very unhelpful & did not make it clear at all that my check was going to be withheld since it was Friday evening, then midway through her talking to me she started speaking spanish even though I never gave her any indication that I'm fluent in spanish. She very rude.
