Walked in took a seat to wait to be helped. Waited like 10 minutes. Another well dressed person walked in and got helped right away. I was gonna open a new checking account but with this experience I'll just look for another bank.
Came to IBC for a request on ordered checks. Ms Araceli Lozano, as always, is available and willing to assist not just myself but other customers in a professional and respectful way. Guadalupe, also approached to help.
This atm almost every time never let’s me deposit it always says that it can’t do it Please fix this (it’s outside your bank) Update 11/16/2023 i tried to deposit again and the atm still does not let me Update 07/06/2024 Still it doesn’t work
12/01/23 Friday at 8:20am tried to withdraw from atm but got declined but i realized i had card locked unlocked it tried it again a couple of min later arme said same thing so i drove uff un til i checked my banco acct withdrawn pending so knowing i got no money and having the 2 receipt that 0 was given i went to drive thru motor bank due to bank still closed not only they took a while to answer but speaker i couldn't hear him i explained what happen after him whispering i told him i can't hear u he did something and was ab... read more
I just left a branch and was told that if you’re a daca recipient they don’t accept you for opening an account what a horrible bank
