Ibc bank has helped me with a lot of issues I’ve had over the past few years with my account. The bankers are always able to help me with no worries they tell me not to worry that I’ll be taken care of. I always get amazing customer service when I’m either on the phone with them or in person it doesn’t matter. Also talking to an actual person and not a robot is perfect and a lot more helpful.
Took some money out of my account. No line. Courteous teller. Easy parking.
I am a disabled woman with a bladder issue, no one would let me use a public restroom, had been walking looking for one as the store I was at didn't offer one and after several failed attempts of finding one several blocks away from my starting point, figured the bank would...I WAS WRONG!!!!! WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE!!!!! Seriously I've been in a lot of banks they all have a public restroom! I don't even look homeless so either way it's discrimination and BS!!!! The employees have been very pleasant, and very helpful. Anytime I've had an issue, this branch has always been able to resolve it and answer/explain to me the why's and what's. Most times, it was due to my ignorance of policies. I'm not an impatient person, and in no hurry for anything, although I have 2 jobs and my time is important. So is my money, and I greatly appreciate the associates making me, and my business with them, feel appreciated.
My employer banks with IBC. I went to cash a check from my employer and I had a paper temporary DL (waiting on mine in the mail) and this bank told me they don’t accept this ID even though the state of Oklahoma recognizes it. I was told by management that there have been many fakes. But why not accept it if I have my ssc and expired ID with same DL number ( they have my DL number bc I have cashed with them before) to have multiple forms of verication to prove I’m me, instead of turning a returning customer away .
