I walked into the bank needing assistance with my account and was helped very quickly. Everyone was super nice and reliable. The manager answered all my questions and was very patient.

As an African American, I felt like I was slighted by this Customer Service Supervisor, John or Jason, along with his employee Michael were very rude to me yesterday. They told me to go into the branch for something that John ended up telling me very rudely in 5 minutes. I was shocked at the lack of customer service. Why ask me to use my gas and time to go into the branch for something that you can clearly tell me in 5 minuteds.

They would rather make you sign up for an account, than help make sure you’re safe and leave with a check. They also fought me for three years on getting my deceased father’s stuff back. I had every kind of proof there was to show it belonged to me, and they made me file $800 worth of documents just to get them to hand my stuff over. Didn’t work with me AT ALL. You can easily find a better bank. Anyone but IBC. (:
