The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to know you—not just your account. You can actually walk in, speak with a real bank officer to get help with anything you need and feel genuinely cared for. I usually don’t write reviews, but during my last visit to this branch I felt uncomfortable witnessing the way a female manager was speaking to employees in front of customers. She was raising her voice and correcting them very harshly. As a customer, it doesn’t feel professional to see staff being treated that way in public. Situations like that should really be handled privately. I hope management works on creating a more respectful environment for their employees.
I’ve always had a great experience at this branch. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I visit. The management team is courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s clear they care about their customers, and it makes banking here a pleasure.
Our business account fluctuates with the market, and as a result we need a bank flexible enough to meet are needs. I have been a customer for 14 years and never have I had a bad experience with IBC Alief Branch.
