The staff here were super professional! I came to cash a payroll check and started a new checking account with them! Abigale was amazing, and I forget the other tellers name who helped me! Both of them were amazing and handled everything I needed. They managed to complete all of this, even whilst dealing with a super problematic and burdensome individual who was trying to demand things of them and the patrons inside the bank! They truly have the patience of saints! This will be my preferred location hence forth!
Poor customer service skills I was sitting waiting to be seen for a new debit card the teller Angela proceeds to walk right past me and another teller had to tell me she was the one that was going to help me. I go to sit down at her desk and I tell her what I’m there for and she cuts me off “yes i know” then I am then trying to enter my pen and she’s not fully explaining how to do the process and tells me to stop doing what I’m doing and is not explaining what I’m supposed to be doing then she proceeds to ask if I’m having ... read more
Closing my account with them , have only been with them for less than a week and my god the service is slow and terrible, took over 15 min to withdraw money when there was nobody in front of me or in the drive threw, deposited a check and the money was there the next day in the morning and then gone a couple hours later because they decided to put a hold on it. This branch specifically is the worst the workers so slow they’re always chatting and take forever to acknowledge you
IBC Medical branch is outstanding! They are always ready to help and make you feel welcomed. I can't remember the last time someone welcomed me by name in any place I have gone to, but they always welcome me by name here. Personal banking has become a thing of the past these days, but it is good to see there are still a bank like IBC Medical that cares to be personal. Teller Regina Ornelas was very incompetent. Poor customer service. Previous manager that used to assist me moved to another location. Disappointed.
