Outstanding customer service! I don’t usually stop at this branch, but I’m so glad I did. I want to give a huge shoutout to Robyn, the teller who assisted me—she was absolutely phenomenal. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my day. Because of Robyn, I’ll gladly go the extra miles to return to this location for all my banking needs. most awful branch i’ve ever been to walked inside for change for $100 because there were no tellers at drive thy window and one vehicle had already been waiting a long time. there was no line inside at all and two tellers at the box asked me to give them a moment and waited standing there 15 min without being assisted to i had to walk out without. being att attended to.
Needed a new bank account and decided to try IBC , my experience with this ibc bank was amazing. Everyone is super nice, and the sales representative answered all my questions that I had. I got my card instantly, and they helped me set up all the apps. 10/10
I recently went into the branch to ask questions about a savings account and the teller Robyn had outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming in to open up that savings account.
