NO MATTER THE BRANCH, WORST SERVICE AND TREATMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, REALLY, REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY, I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS, BECAUSE I WAS IN REAL HURRY, BUT I WILL, TOMORROW FIRST THING, I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME, IF YOU HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH THIS SO CALLED BANK.
They usually are quick about their business.. Fast professional service. I only wish they had more locations and more free atms available. Other than that they do a great job overall
I will definitely change bank. Ibc is horrible. Atm machine doesnt work often. They just have one or two employees in the drive thru and inside. I was just going to cash a check and waited 40 minutes inside. Don’t recommend it at all. Will cancel my 3 accounts
This location and the one on shary both atms don’t allow deposits of money. Happened the other day as well. I understand now why people say to switch banks.
DO NOT BANK HERE! ATM CONSTANTLY MALFUNCTIONS. TAKES DAYS TO RECOUP. DEPOSITS TAKE UP TO A WEK TO GO THROUGH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTING. LOOK AT HOW MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS. GARBAGE BANK.SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES. DO NOT BANK HERE.
