Ibc only bank i know that will not let u take someone off the account but instead have to open up a new account! What a hastle with direct deposits that go into the account! Stay away from ibc plus not open on Saturday
Highly unsatisfied with this bank. Open my account on 02/27/24 online with the understanding that my card would arrive 7-14 days later never happened called customer service and they said oh we see you have a card on file good to know because I never received it. Representative said well it should be arriving soon if it doesn't just come in a we can print one unfortunately the bank closes at 5 I get off work at 4:30 however was able to finally get my debit card (yayy)03/27/24 but guess what no account or routing number 🥴 C... read more

I don’t usually have a good experience at this branch and I always go to 12th. But today I would like to thank Jade and John for helping me today they were diligent and professional they took initiative and were able to help find my deposit that wasn’t showing due to a system issue.
