IBC is the only bank that not only closes on holidays but also closes early the day before, leaving their customers unable to cash their paychecks before the holidays. I am beginning to see why they aren't growing or getting better. Customer is not a priority here. I have been dealing with check troubles for five years also because they can't seem to fix a signature problem that requires an override by an approved teller.

I’m SO happy with IBC bank, Sapulpa! I have multiple accounts with them, and they always go above and beyond to meet my needs. The entire staff is kind, courteous and professional. After only visiting a handful of times, they remembered my name, as well as my small child’s. They go the extra mile. I’ve been a satisfied customer for 5+ years.

This is the best bank ever, the ladies in there are the best ever, they go out of their way to help you. I would tell anyone looking for a new bank to go there..

Worst banking experience ever. The people are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend banking here at all. Save yourself from future headaches and frustration and choose a different bank.

The girls that work at this location are the best. They truly care about their customers and will try to do whatever they can within their means to get it done!
